our facility for another season of world-class motorsports. We look forward to
assisting you with your coverage of motorsports at our facility.
Our public relations staff is dedicated to providing you with the service and
information you need to cover events in a first class manner. The information
provided on this web site is designed to assist you in coverage of every event

Media Credentials
Please submit media credential requests on company letterhead by U.S. Mail to:

Deadline for credential requests is three weeks before each race weekend. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Your media outlet may be required to submit tearsheets or other proof of auto
racing coverage before your credential request will be processed. Newspapers
should submit newspaper clippings or copies of past issues; radio stations
should submit electronic files or CDs of broadcasts; and TV stations should
submit electronic copies of stories on VHS or DVD. Tearsheets assist us with
determining what kind of access your outlet needs while at Darlington Raceway.
Applying for a credential does not guarantee a media outlet will receive
credentials. Darlington Raceway reserves the right of final approval for all
requests. Assignment editors, sports editors or general managers will receive
notification once the request has been processed.
To maintain a professional working environment, individuals listed on your
outlet's credential request must be media staff members who work for your outlet
and not simply guests of the newspaper or station. We also ask that media not
request autographs from the participants of our events.
